Last week, on Wednesday night, you wrote a practice paragraph for homework. You chose the topic from a list. (posted on class wiki/edmodo) You wrote this either on paper or in Google Docs. I want you to go back to what you wrote and edit it with the knowledge of what you have learned since. Ask yourself: Does it have a clear/effect topic sentence with a topic and claim? Does each supporting detail truly support the topic of the paragraph? Is it focused?
If you have questions about your paragraph (your TS, the focus, etc.) you may post your questions to me on Edmodo tonight and I will give you feedback tomorrow.
